We are hosting a Pink Sports Day in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). This is an opportunity to not only to get active and have a fun sporting experience, but also to demonstrate Balwyn High School’s support for a hugely important cause. We see this as the perfect opportunity not only to fundraise, but simultaneously promoting community engagement and women in grassroots sports. Thank you for getting involved in our fundraising and helping BCNA to inform, support, connect and represent all Australians affected by breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women with one in seven diagnosed in their lifetime. Over 20,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year as well as over 170 men. Your support will help these women, men and families to not go through their journey alone.
