CGS Friends of Netball (FoN) invite the netball and CGS community to support the important work Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) do for mothers, grandmothers, sisters and daughters in our community. FoN have sponsored a pink ribbon for each player to wear on Saturday 10 May and have changed up the traditional gold coin donation to make it easier for families to participate and receive a tax deduction for all donations of $2 or more. Thank you for getting involved in our fundraising and helping BCNA to inform, support, connect and represent all Australians affected by breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women with one in seven diagnosed in their lifetime. Over 20,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year as well as over 170 men. Your support will help these women, men and families to not go through their journey alone.
