Pink Sports Day – Sunday 22nd June 💗

A Day of Community, Care and Support.

Kawana Park Eagles JAFC are coming together for a very special cause close to our hearts and are proud to be hosting a PLAY4BCNA Pink Sports Day, in support of the Breast Cancer Network Australia and our very own local charity, Bloomhill Cancer Care a local charity here on the coast offering a peaceful haven of support, love and care.

Breast cancer has affected several families within our club community, and this day is about standing together in support, honour, and hope.

With 11 of our 14 teams playing at home, it’s going to be a big, beautiful day filled with pink pride!

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women with one in seven diagnosed in their lifetime. Over 20,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year as well as over 170 men. Your support will help these women, men and families to not go through their journey alone.

We are hoping to raise much needed funds via donations via this page, raffles, a pink bake sale and donation tins on the day.

All players will wear pink socks, kindly provided by the club.

And of course, a sea of pink in the crowd would mean the world.

Thank you for getting involved in our fundraising and helping BCNA and Bloomhill to inform, support, connect with and represent Australians affected by breast cancer.

Now get on board and let’ show our support and love to this truly worthwhile cause.
