The Melbourne Football Club and Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) have held a strong partnership since 2005 and the first Field of Women event hosted at the MCG. This year's Pink Lady Match continued the wonderful tradition of 'pink support' from the Dees to help BCNA to create awareness, show support and fundraise to ensure no one facing a breast cancer diagnosis in Australia goes through this alone.
The Dees played the Brisbane Lions at the MCG in a top of the table Thursday night clash, with BCNA ambassadors Jarrod and Thomas Berry playing in the Lions team and both clubs really got behind BCNA and the promotion of the match, the PLAY4BCNA Beanies and messages of support.
